Who publishes this website, what you may and may not do with our content, how your data is handled, and how to have it deleted if you wish.

This website (woundipets.com) is published and operated by Nanny Silvestre, independent author, artist and creator, founder of the Woundipets™ project (Creations Sylwest).

3. Intellectual property
All content on this website — texts, illustrations, 3D models, characters, the Woundipets™ universe and its Lore, NFT metadata, smart contracts, visuals, logos, graphics, videos, sounds and derivative products — is the original creation of Nanny Silvestre and is protected by Canadian and international copyright law.
The project is officially registered with the U.S. Copyright Office (Library of Congress) and protected internationally, including concepts, 3D files, NFT metadata, smart contracts, visuals and merchandise. The Woundipets™ name, logo and characters may not be used without prior written authorisation.
Any reproduction, adaptation, distribution, modification or use — partial or complete, commercial or not — is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation from Nanny Silvestre. Any infringement may result in legal action.
4. Personal data — what we collect
Woundipets™ collects as little data as possible. The only personal data we hold is what you voluntarily provide:
• contact form: your name, your email address and your message;
• pre-sale priority list: your email address, so we can send you the pre-sale link (one email, nothing else);
• ambassador programme: your name, your email address and the account or link you use to share the project;
• anti-spam data on the forms: submission time and IP address, used only to block bots and abuse — never for profiling.
Messages and subscriptions are stored on our hosting provider's servers and, for the ambassador programme, in a private database accessible only to the Founder.
5. Why we collect it
• to answer your message;
• to send you the pre-sale email you asked for — and nothing else;
• to run the ambassador programme: verify registrations and award the corresponding reward;
• to protect the website against spam and abuse.
Legal basis: your consent when you submit a form or join a list, and our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
6. What we never do with your data
We do not sell, rent or trade your data. We do not use it for advertising or profiling. We do not send marketing emails. Nothing is shared with third parties beyond what is strictly necessary to run the website: our hosting provider (Namecheap) and the email service used to send and receive messages.
Some of these providers store data outside Canada, in the United States. By using this website, you accept this transfer, which is limited to what is needed to provide the service.
7. How long we keep your data
• contact messages: kept only for follow-up, deleted on simple request;
• pre-sale list: until the pre-sale announcement is sent, or immediately if you unsubscribe;
• ambassador programme: for as long as the programme runs, then for the time needed to deliver the rewards.
We never keep data longer than these purposes require.
8. Your rights
You may, at any time:
• obtain a copy of the data you have sent us;
• have it corrected or deleted;
• withdraw your consent (unsubscribe);
• ask how it is processed, and by whom.
To exercise these rights, simply use the contact page. We answer as quickly as possible, and at the latest within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (CAI) — cai.gouv.qc.ca — or, if you live in the European Union, the data protection authority of your country.

9. Cookies and local storage
This website uses only what is strictly necessary:
• a session cookie, which protects the contact form against fraudulent submissions (anti-CSRF);
• your EN/FR language preference, stored locally in your browser (localStorage — not a cookie, and never transmitted to us).
No advertising cookie, no analytics, no third-party tracking of any kind. Since nothing tracks you, no consent banner is displayed — and it will stay that way as long as no analytics tool is added.
You can clear or block cookies at any time in your browser settings: the website will keep working normally.
10. Emails and anti-spam law
Emails are sent only to people who have explicitly asked to receive them. In accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), every email identifies its sender and includes a simple way to unsubscribe — a link, or simply replying "unsubscribe". Your email address is never shared and never used for anything else.
11. Liability
The information published on this website is provided for general information purposes. Despite the care taken, it may contain errors or omissions, and no liability can be accepted for them.
Woundipets™ is a project in development: the editions, prices, dates and features described on this website are intentions and may change. They do not constitute a contractual commitment.
This website is intended for adults. The NFT collection is not intended for minors.

This website contains links to external platforms (social networks, marketplaces such as OpenSea or Rarible, partner sites). We are not responsible for their content, their availability, or the way they handle your data: each of those platforms applies its own rules and its own privacy policy.
13. Applicable law
This website and this notice are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec, Canada. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Quebec.
